If your account suddenly shows expired, don’t worry.

After Premium expires, the system automatically tags the account as expired—even for Annual Members. Because of that, I have to manually reactivate the Annual access on my end.

Just send one email to expired@thexwhys.com, and I’ll reactivate it for you.

No need to panic. Your Annual membership is still valid, it just needs a quick manual reset.
